Just in time for Semana Sante (Holy Week, Easter) I had the opportunity
to go fishing with Gary McLaughlin, a local Captain and fishing Guide who knows his stuff... Just about an hour into our trip one of the reels went whizzing and I was up to fight the "biggest fish I've ever landed". About 20 minutes later, into the boat dropped in this 65 pounder Wahoo that took all my strength to reel in. What a beauty!! And was it tasty too.... this baby fed more than 20 people last night at Costa Tesoro.... Wahoo steaks! One of my favorites! Who says Roatan doesn't have a lot to offer? Fishing is only one of them!!
