American Family moves to Roatan, opens Restaurant

Jim and Sandy Hill, together with their daughters Kinsey (13) and Jamie (10) took the plunge..... packed up and moved to Roatan after watching a House Hunters Intl episode featuring yours truly last year. Armed with a dream to open a small restaurant, the Hills decided to live out their fantasy... and have recently opened the Hungry Munkey... a Submarine Sandwich and Ice Cream shop located in West Bay, where they are receiving rave reviews!! Using their US-based training and education, Jim and Sandy decided that looking like a franchise operation, just may make them one someday....
