So many of my clients dream of coming to the tropics and owning/operating a small business like a beach bar, restaurant or small resort hotel... and I say "BRING IT". Roatan is growing because of foreign investment. 90% of tourism businesses here are owned by Americans, Canadians and other foreigners. Why? One reason is that "we have eyes to see" the huge profits that can be realized by incorporating our methods of service and management in a developing country that lacks education and initiative at this point.
