As part of my services as a Realtor, I am often able to offer my clients progress photos or video of their house construction, especially if they are off island. Throughout all phases of building, certain stages are reached whereby the builder has used up all the funds to date and it's time for another draw from the owners. Often times he will send photos verifying completion of a particular stage and as the Buyer's agent, I will confirm this as well on their behalf.
