Roatan's Pirate Treasure - There's Gold in them there Hills!

Whether you believe in buried treasure, or not, history doesn't lie. And the history books document the activities of up to 5,000 Pirates who called Roatan home in the 16th and 17th centuries! In the Bay Islands and, in particular, on Roatan, many have unearthed a bounty of antiquities of old like coins, bottles, pottery chards and sunken ships! Treasure hunters have long been combing the hilltops and beaches of Roatan, in search of buried treasure, and don't be surprised if you too stumble onto Blackbeard's fortune.... cause you never know what you'll find here!
