A very special ending to our days here on the island... the Roatan Sunset! Almost every night, weather permitting, we sit on our deck, or go out to the end of our dock and watch the sky change from deep blue to yellow, then orange, then deep red... it's fascinating to see the sun disappear into the horizon -- and it never gets boring!
