2011 Building Boom Once Again on Roatan! Time to Buy??

Once again, Roatan is on the move!  Seems like everywhere  you look, workers are busy adding more buildings, more malls, more restaurants....more homes and A LOT MORE CONDOS!!!!  Do the developers know something we don't?  Is it time to buy now before the masses?  Will there be masses buying on Roatan?  Hmmmmm.
